Donna J. Cartwright

Donna J. Cartwright, MPA, RHIA, CCS, RAC, FAHIMA has been in the wound care business since 1997 with Integra LifeSciences Corporation located in Princeton, NJ.  She currently is the Senior Director of Health Policy and Reimbursement at Integra.  In that capacity, she has been actively involved in all aspects of the CTP Regulatory Environment including interaction on a regular basis with CMS and previously with FDA as a Regulatory Affairs Certified (RAC) professional.  She is a frequent contributor to matters involving  the Alliance of Wound Care Stakeholders as well as Advamed on policy matters regarding CTP's.  Over the years, Donna has provided numerous educational sessions and written many publications on coverage, coding, payment, and documentation for Wound Care. In addition to her role at Integra LifeSciences, Donna is Founder and President of Donna J. Cartwright and Associates, LLC, consulting company.  Her consulting expertise lies within auditing, education, coding, billing, EHR for wound documentation, as well as ICD-10-CM Diagnosis Code, HCPCS and CPT applications.
