Mr. Bittinger is a health care federal litigator with focus on the Administrative Procedure Act (APA). He specializes in audit and integrity matters, representing providers and businesses in complex reimbursement disputes with payors, regulators, and whistleblowers. He works on the new and evolving law on the use of data analytics, statistics, and generative artificial intelligence (gAI) being applied to the health care revenue cycle and relationships between providers and payors. His mission is to protect and advance the rights and interests of my clients in the challenging and dynamic regulatory environment of health care reimbursement. Mr. Bittinger leverages his expertise in data analytics, statistical methods, and gAI to challenge the validity and reliability of audit findings and overpayment claims.
